Senior Farm Coordinator – Integrated Modern Pig Farm

Location: Likupang (Sulawesi Utara), Buleleng (Bali), or Malinau (Kalimantan Utara), Indonesia Our client is a rapidly growing agritech and large-scale livestock operations company focused on building modern, technology-driven farming ecosystems across Indonesia. The working environment is highly operational, structured, and fast-paced, requiring strong ownership, discipline, and hands-on leadership capability within remote farm locations. The Senior Farm Coordinator – Integrated Modern Pig Farm is a key site leadership role responsible for coordinating daily farm operations and ensuring smooth collaboration across production and supporting functions. Acting as the central operational coordinator at the farm site, this position will manage communication and execution between Production, Feedmill, Warehouse, Maintenance, HRGA, Security, and Administration teams to ensure operational activities are delivered according to company SOPs, productivity targets, and site requirements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with strong coordination skills, workforce management experience, and the ability to maintain operational discipline, efficiency, and communication effectiveness in a remote large-scale farming environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Livestock Management, Operations Management, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in modern farming operations, livestock, poultry, agritech, feedmill, plantation, manufacturing, or large-scale site-based operations.

Experience managing cross-functional coordination, workforce activities, vendor management, and general affairs operations. Strong understanding of SOP-based operational environments and workforce discipline management. Experience working in remote site operations or camp-based environments is highly preferred.

Strong capability in operational reporting, Microsoft Excel, inventory monitoring, and administrative control. Understanding of logistics coordination, facility management, and site operational support. Strong leadership presence with ownership mindset, discipline, and proactive problem-solving ability.
