Qualifications Minimum Senior High School/Vocational School graduate or equivalent. ( Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary ) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Passionate about customer service and hospitality. Willing to learn restaurant service standards and guest handling. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the service team in providing excellent dining experiences for guests
- Support food and beverage delivery to guests accurately and efficiently
- Prepare dining areas, tables, cutlery, and service stations before and during operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Learn menu knowledge, service standards, and guest interaction techniques from senior staff
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support communication between the kitchen and service teams
