About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Nirwana Lestari. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our brand portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Alam Sutera Tangerang, Banten. What you'll be doing Develop and execute brand strategies for our product portfolio, focusing on both existing brands and upcoming product launches. Lead and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Manage brand budgets and track performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Lead brand positioning initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
