• You will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by handling sales administration, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely processing of documents and reports. Your responsibilities will include preparing sales quotations, managing
• Handle sales inquiries
• Prepare sales quotations (SQ), costings, and selection HVAC unit types
• Process and follow up on customer Purchase Orders (PO)
• Coordinate with Finance Department for invoicing and payment follow-up
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Department for order and delivery scheduling
• Place orders for factory and local parts
• Input and manage data in Service Database
• Prepare monthly Service Outlook Reports
• Manage travel requests (TR) and expense reports (CA) for Sales team
• Provide general administrative support including document filing
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s / Diploma Degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales order processing and coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel / Spreadsheet
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks with good time management
• Advantages
• Understanding with B2B sales process
• Previous experience in the HVAC, Mechanical, Engineering, Building Systems, Construction, or Industrial Equipment industries
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems
