Sales Project Manager (Pipe Specialist)

We have been supporting contractors, developers and large-scale project with high quality product and reliable service. We are seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our market presence and drive the success of high-value projects.

Responsibilities Develop and implement project sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver optimal performance.

Identify new project opportunities and build strong networks with contractors, developers, consultants, and government institutions. Manage the tender process: from project scouting, proposal preparation, presentations, to contract negotiation and deal closing. Conduct market analysis, prepare sales reports, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements

Min. Diploma degree in every fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales (construction materials/MEP/piping/sanitary/electrical). Strong professional network with contractors, developers, and consultants.
