SP (Sales Representative)

Aromabika is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented SP (Sales Representative) to join our growing team in Tangerang, Banten in Soekarno Hatta International Airport. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and creating a positive, relaxed shopping experience. While a basic salary is provided, this position is performance-driven , with strong commission potential for those who perform well. You will represent Aromabika and introduce customers to our premium coffee products in a natural, welcoming way.

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, approachable manner Introduce and share Aromabika products through storytelling and personal recommendation Provide live coffee demonstrations and offer samples to create an enjoyable customer experience

Support light stock-taking and ensure displays are clean, organized, and inviting Build genuine connections with customers to encourage natural purchasing decisions Provide thoughtful service and answer questions with care

Maintain simple daily sales records and feedback Support brand campaigns and in-store activities Continuously learn about products to better guide customers

Fluent in English (mandatory) Additional languages are a strong advantage: Mandarin Korean Japanese (Language skills will increase earning potential) Mandarin
