We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Officer based in Denpasar. The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations and sales operations, generating leads, and supporting business growth through various sales channels. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, and business partners.

Key responsibilities include: - Manage customer communications and sales inquiries for the French market, ensuring timely and professional responses. - Assisting with reservations, quotations, and booking follow-up

- Supporting sales growth and achieving revenue targets - Developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and partners - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences

- Monitoring outstanding payments, documents, and guest requirements - Assisting with sales reporting and administrative tasks Qualifications & Experience
