Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola platform e-commerce, menangani pesanan online, serta menjalankan penjualan melalui live streaming dengan fokus pelayanan pelanggan yang prima. Tugas harian Anda meliputi pengaturan daftar produk, penetapan harga, pengelolaan inventaris, pemrosesan pengiriman, serta berpartisipasi dalam lelang kartu koleksi melalui forum online.
Tanggung jawab: Manage e-commerce platforms, online orders, and customer inquiries; Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and online promotions; Process and coordinate online orders, payments, and shipping; Conduct and support livestream sales and engage with customers during live sessions; Manage Pokémon card auctions through online forums and communities; Assist with sales activities and provide excellent customer service; Monitor online sales performance and report updates to management; Requirements:; Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or livestream selling is preferred; Strong communication and customer service skills; Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and digital tools; Familiarity with Pokémon TCG and online card communities is a plus.
