Sebagai Sales Marketing, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan dengan pelanggan, mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru, mempromosikan produk industri, serta menegosiasikan persyaratan komersial. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan departemen internal seperti logistik, keuangan, dan operasional untuk memastikan kelancaran proses penjualan hingga pengiriman.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers; Identify and develop new business opportunities; Promote and sell industrial products to customers; Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms; Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections; Coordinate with internal departments including logistics, finance, and operations; Monitor market trends and competitor activities; Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any major; Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 4); Fluent in English; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Strong sales and business development mindset; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Experience in steel trading, steel distribution, manufacturing, commodity trading, or related industries (Preferred); Experience handling Chinese-speaking customers or business partners (Preferred); International education background is an advantage (Preferred).
