Flokq adalah platform real estate berbasis teknologi yang berfokus pada penyewaan hunian dan manajemen properti di Indonesia. Peran ini bersifat freelance bagi individu yang mencari fleksibilitas dan pendapatan berbasis performa penjualan. Agen akan menghubungkan penyewa dengan pemilik properti, didukung oleh data dan tim operasional Flokq.
Tanggung jawab: Generate sales opportunities through personal networks, referrals, prospecting, and other channels; Respond to and follow up on prospective customers referred by Flokq; Understand customer requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type, facilities, and move-in date; Recommend suitable rental properties from Flokq's available listings; Build and maintain customer relationships to generate bookings, referrals, and repeat business; Develop a consistent pipeline of prospective tenants and sales opportunities; Promote available rental properties to prospective tenants; Explain property features, rental prices, facilities, availability, and rental terms accurately; Advise customers on suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
