About the role We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya on a full-time basis . This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence ( Isotonic Drink ). As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets whilst fostering a high-performing sales team. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a tangible impact on the company's success.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and consistent achievement of objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts and new accounts
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities and results Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Represent PT Oasis Waters International at industry events, trade shows, and business networking opportunities
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic sales planning and positioning Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations in all sales activities What we're looking for
