Plan, monitor, and evaluate the operational activities of marketing, sales, and the supply of Dispoly products to ensure they align with market demand and achieve the company's targets. Responsibility : Analyze and evaluate product selling prices to increase product sales.
Review and validate customer purchase orders to ensure balanced distribution and effective supply chain management of products in the market. Plan, monitor, and evaluate the supply chain performance of products in accordance with market demands and applicable standards and regulations. Monitor and control CRM activities to ensure they are carried out in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the company's business partners, including principals, distributors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and analyze periodic operational sales reports for products and present them to management. Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Head, Team Leader, or in a similar leadership role. Proven experience in leading sales teams and collaborating with dealers and customers.
A strong interest in the automotive industry is an advantage.
