Job Responsibilities Responsible for the sales, customer development, quotation preparation, order follow-up, and payment collection coordination of the headquarters’ ONU, OLT, and related network products in the Indonesian market. Support the local company in the sales and customer relationship management of local internet access, dedicated line, enterprise network, and related projects.

Independently follow up on customer requirements under the direction of the supervisor; coordinate internal resources including technical, operations, finance, and suppliers to facilitate project implementation. Assist in the daily communication and coordination with key customers, including meeting arrangements, preparation of business materials, quotation documents, contract follow-up, and project progress updates. Establish and maintain customer information, sales opportunities, and project follow-up records; regularly submit sales progress reports, customer updates, and market information.

Complete other tasks related to sales, customer relationship management, and project coordination as assigned by the company. Qualifications Mandarin must be able to be used as a working language. Candidates should be fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and able to handle daily communication, emails, quotations, and business documents in Chinese.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate independently with local customers, partners, and internal teams. Candidates with English business communication skills will be preferred. Previous sales experience is required. Experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, ISP, IT, low-voltage systems, system integration, network equipment sales, or the internet industry will be preferred. Candidates with more than three years of sales experience will be preferred. Experience in customer development, business negotiation, quotation preparation, contract follow-up, and payment collection coordination will be an advantage.

Strong sales mindset and customer service awareness, with the ability to proactively develop customers and drive project implementation under clear targets, rather than only providing administrative support. Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and ability to work under pressure. Able to properly handle key customer follow-up and cross-department coordination. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to prepare and organize sales data, quotation materials, and project progress reports.
