Placement: Jakarta/Bandung/Bali. Responsibilities: Identify and approach new project leads (developers, contractors, consultants, architects).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction projects. Present company products and solutions in a professional and persuasive manner. Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations and contracts.
Monitor ongoing project execution and provide post-sales support when needed. Report sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions Requirements:
Minimum education: SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent ; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project sales, construction, building materials, or B2B sales. Familiarity with aluminum systems, windows, doors, façade, or architectural products is a strong advantage.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
