• Identify, develop, and establish relationships with potential customers and business partners, including universities, research institutes, hospitals, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, and government research organizations
• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers
• Promote and present Oxford Nanopore Technologies products, genomics solutions, and related services through customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops
• Understand customer research objectives and recommend appropriate sequencing solutions, instruments, consumables, and services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
• Collaborate closely with the technical support, application specialist, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the genomics, molecular diagnostics, and life science industries
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer pipelines, forecasts, and business development activities
• Build strong knowledge of the company's products, competitors, and overall market positioning to effectively communicate Genomika Indonesia's value proposition
