Dash Electric membuka kesempatan bagi Anda untuk bergabung dalam mengelola operasional logistik kendaraan roda empat (4W), memantau pengiriman secara berkala, menyelesaikan berbagai kendala di lapangan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi kerja secara keseluruhan. Perusahaan berfokus pada kelancaran rantai pasok dan pelayanan prima. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan logistik harian bagi regu 4W guna memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Tugas Anda mencakup pelacakan progres pengiriman, ketersediaan armada, penugasan pengemudi, hingga investigasi hambatan operasional dan pemeliharaan data laporan secara akurat.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for the 4 Wheel (4W) squad to ensure smooth and timely service delivery; Track shipment progress, vehicle availability, driver assignments, and operational performance to ensure deliveries meet service requirements; Coordinate with drivers, clients, warehouse teams, and other operational stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and minimize operational disruptions; Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate delivery discrepancies, and follow up on incidents, delays, and other operational issues; Maintain accurate operational data, update tracking records, and prepare regular reports on shipment status, operational performance, and key issues; Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and productivity; Ensure daily operations comply with established procedures, client requirements, and applicable operational standards; Perform other operational tasks and support business needs as required.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, supply chain, or a similar role; Familiarity with day-to-day logistics processes, shipment monitoring, and delivery coordination; Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle operational issues in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking, data management, and reporting; Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple shipments or operational activities simultaneously; Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders; Willingness to work closely with field operations and adapt to changing operational priorities; Nice to Have:; Experience in a logistics company, freight forwarding, trucking, or transportation service provider; Experience in a Control Tower, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or last-mile delivery environment; Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other logistics operations platforms; Experience handling delivery exceptions, shipment discrepancies, and operational performance reporting.
