• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Promote and sell industrial machinery, press processing equipment, and production systems
• Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis
• Follow the principles of Japanese Horenso in daily work
• Continuously learn and understand new products and technologies
• Participate in overseas training programs and business trips as requires
• Other duties as assigned
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or related
• Conversational English proficiency (can understand Japanese business manner)
• Min. 3 years of experience as Sales Engineer in Japanese company handling industrial machinery products from Japanese manufacturing
• Own driving license (SIM A)
• Willing to do domestic and international business trip
• Positive, proactive, responsible, fast learner, target-oriented, disciplined, adaptable, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills
