Posisi Retail Supermarket Manager memegang kendali penuh atas operasional harian supermarket untuk memastikan performa toko berjalan secara efisien, produktif, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Peran ini mencakup kepemimpinan dalam memimpin dan mengembangkan tim toko, memantau ketersediaan barang dagangan, akurasi stok, manajemen inventaris, kepatuhan terhadap SOP perusahaan, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan berbagai departemen terkait guna mencapai target bisnis dan penjualan secara optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage daily supermarket operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused store performance; Develop and monitor sales, operational, and service targets to achieve business objectives; Lead, coach, and develop the store team to improve productivity, performance, and customer service standards; Monitor merchandise availability, product display, stock accuracy, shrinkage, and inventory management; Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures; Analyze sales performance and operational reports, and implement appropriate action plans to improve store results; Maintain high standards of cleanliness, store presentation, product quality, and customer experience; Coordinate with relevant departments including Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Marketing to support store operations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or store management position; Experience managing supermarket, premium grocery, fresh market, or modern retail operations is highly preferred; Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Strong understanding of sales, inventory, merchandising, and retail operational processes; Target-oriented, analytical, proactive, and customer-focused; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred; Willing to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays when required.
