Adecco bekerja sama dengan sebuah perusahaan properti yang sedang berkembang pesat di Lombok untuk mencari seorang Bar Manager yang akan memimpin operasional bar secara menyeluruh di lokasi penempatan Lombok. Peran ini memegang kendali penuh atas kelancaran operasional bar sehari-hari, mulai dari memastikan standar layanan yang prima, tingkat kebersihan, hingga efisiensi kerja yang tinggi demi tercapainya profitabilitas yang berkelanjutan. Dalam kesehariannya, Bar Manager akan memimpin, melatih, dan memotivasi tim bar untuk memberikan pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa serta menangani berbagai masukan secara profesional. Anda juga akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan dan mengelola menu koktail, minuman, serta anggur, mengawasi inventaris, pembelian, tingkat persediaan, pengendalian limbah, hingga memantau biaya tenaga kerja dan kinerja penjualan secara konsisten sesuai kebutuhan bisnis dan acara.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee daily bar operations, service standards, cleanliness, and efficiency; Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver excellent service; Maintain high standards of guest experience and handle feedback professionally; Develop and manage cocktail, beverage, and wine menus; Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and waste control; Monitor beverage and labor costs, sales performance, and profitability; Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, recipes, and portion control; Manage staff scheduling based on business needs and events; Ensure bar equipment, tools, and service areas are well maintained; Lead by example with strong hospitality, communication, and product knowledge; What we’re looking for:; 3–5 years of bar/hospitality experience, including managerial or supervisory experience; Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations; Proven team leadership and people management skills; Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and profitability; Strong communication and guest service skills; Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Willing to be based in Lombok.
