Posisi Guest Experience Manager bertanggung jawab untuk menghadirkan pengalaman tamu yang luar biasa, berkualitas tinggi, dan konsisten sesuai dengan standar industri perhotelan mewah. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang proaktif dalam merancang, memimpin, serta mengarahkan berbagai aktivitas unik baik di dalam maupun luar ruangan yang berfokus pada budaya, kesehatan, dan alam setempat. Anda akan berkolaborasi erat dengan berbagai departemen untuk memastikan setiap tamu mendapatkan pelayanan personal yang tak terlupakan.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure Management, or a related field; Previous experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Recreation, Activities Associate, or Luxury Hospitality is preferred; Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage; Naturally warm, engaging, and confident when interacting with international guests; Passionate about creating personalized, memorable, and meaningful guest experiences; Creative and enthusiastic in designing and delivering unique activities tailored to different guest preferences; Comfortable leading a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including cultural, wellness, recreational, and nature-based experiences; Strong knowledge or genuine interest in Lombok’s culture, local traditions, nature, destinations, and unique experiences is highly desirable; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong sense of luxury service and attention to detail; Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate guest needs rather than simply respond to requests; Energetic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with guests of different nationalities, ages, and backgrounds; Able to work independently while maintaining close coordination with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences; Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements; Physically fit and comfortable working in both resort and outdoor environment; A genuine passion for hospitality, storytelling, local experiences, and creating moments that guests will remember.
