Deskripsi pekerjaan
Peran Retail Assistant berada di garis depan aktivitas penjualan produk Eiger, di mana Anda bertugas berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan untuk membantu menemukan solusi atas kebutuhan kegiatan luar ruangan mereka. Tanggung jawab utamanya meliputi membangun komunikasi sebagai penasihat bagi pelanggan, memberikan informasi produk yang mendalam mulai dari fitur hingga perawatan, serta terlibat aktif dalam seluruh alur penjualan end-to-end di toko.
Kualifikasi: Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB); Customer Oriented; Willing to work shifts and work on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
