Mubadala Energy is an international Oil and Gas company offering a structured internship program for fresh graduates. This program is designed to provide industry exposure and professional development, running from the beginning of 2027 until December 31, 2027. As an Ethics and Compliance intern, you will support the preparation and coordination of training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities include organizing network meetings, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining training documentation and administrative reports. You will also conduct research on ethics, compliance, governance, and corporate policy topics to support the function's activities.
Tanggung jawab: Support the preparation and coordination of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives; Assist in organizing E&C network/champion meetings and related activities; Prepare presentation materials, awareness content, and internal communication materials; Maintain attendance records, training documentation, and other administrative reports; Conduct research on ethics, compliance, governance, and corporate policy-related topics; Provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the Ethics & Compliance function; Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the mentor or department in support of Ethics & Compliance activities.
Kualifikasi: Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in law is preferred. Other relevant majors include Public Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or Management; Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, ethics, compliance, governance, corporate policies, or related fields; Strong research, coordination, and organizational skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail; Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a professional environment; Able to work collaboratively while handling information with appropriate confidentiality and discretion; This position is for Indonesian national only.
