A frontline retail position at EIGER, responsible for providing experiential customer service and driving sales of outdoor activity products. The role involves acting as a product advisor, helping customers identify their needs, and explaining product features, materials, and technology. The Retail Assistant is involved in the end-to-end selling process, from product arrival at the store to the final purchase. The position requires a customer-oriented mindset, the ability to work in a target-driven environment, and flexibility to work shifts and holidays.
Tanggung jawab: Act as an advisor to customers by identifying needs and providing product recommendations; Explain detailed product information (features, function, material, technology, treatment); Perform end-to-end selling activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB) is a plus; Customer oriented; Willing to work shifts and on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably domiciled close to the nearest EIGER store.
