Avery Coconut Island Waterpark Beach Resort Carita is hiring for the following position: 1. Resort Manager General Requirement: - Min. 3 years experience in a similar position - Strong Sales & Marketing skills with solid Revenue Management knowledge - Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Guest service-focused and target-driven - Fluent in English both oral and written with confident presentation skills - Experience in Carita / Anyer resorts or hotels is a plus - Deep understanding of potential market segments and strategies to capture them - Ability to identify potential market segment and engaged with local communities
