Tanggung jawab: Execute the full life cycle of recruitment that will include developing specific strategies, direct sourcing and candidate interviewing; Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs; Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate; Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on HR information system and advertisement posting in advertising and social media platform; Work closely with various leaders to meet recruitment needs; Successful candidates can expect to work with dynamic team members within a fast-moving environment; Job Requirements:; Have prior experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting capacity; Able to manage clear communications and collaborative in nature; Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously; Resourceful in searching for potential candidates with the right skills; Able to work under challenging/fast pace environment.
