Perusahaan kami bergerak di bidang manufaktur keramik/ubin yang mengutamakan inovasi material. Kami mencari spesialis R&D Glaze untuk bergabung di fasilitas pabrik kami. Peran ini bertanggung jawab melakukan eksperimen dan pengembangan formulasi glaze serta warna keramik. Anda akan melakukan color matching sesuai spesifikasi desain, menguji bahan baku dan pigmen, serta mengevaluasi hasil pembakaran. Selain itu, Anda akan mendokumentasikan hasil pengujian dan parameter produksi untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct experiments and develop glaze formulations and ceramic/tile colors; Perform color matching based on product design specifications and color references; Prepare and test raw materials, pigments, and supporting materials; Conduct glaze application trials and evaluate firing results; Document glaze formulations, testing results, and production parameters.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, Ceramic Engineering & Craft; Experience in glaze R&D, color formulation, or ceramic/tile product development is an advantage; Knowledge of ceramic raw materials, pigments, and firing processes; Familiarity with color matching and color analysis; Ability to conduct laboratory testing, analyze data, and perform troubleshooting; Detail-oriented, analytical, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills; Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team; Willing to work at the factory site.
