Posisi Quality Control Supervisor memegang peranan penting dalam memimpin divisi pengawasan mutu guna memastikan seluruh produk memenuhi standar industri yang ketat. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi kepemimpinan tim quality control, pengembangan dan implementasi prosedur pengujian dari bahan baku hingga inspeksi akhir, serta investigasi masalah kualitas untuk menemukan akar permasalahan dan tindakan korektif. Supervisor juga bertanggung jawab berkoordinasi dengan lintas departemen, memberikan pelatihan karyawan, serta menyusun laporan statistik untuk manajemen senior guna mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards; Develop and implement QC procedures to maintain product quality from raw material through final inspection; Monitor production processes and perform routine inspections to ensure product specifications are met; Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence; Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving; Conduct employee training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices; Prepare and present quality reports and statistical data to senior management; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain records for audits; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance) or equivalent experience; Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably within a manufacturing environment; Strong understanding of quality control standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing); Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in using quality control software and tools; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Honest, Discipline, good responsible and have a high integrity.
