Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin strategi pengadaan dan efisiensi biaya, serta mengelola pemasok dan inventaris dalam lingkungan manufaktur yang dinamis. Tugas utama mencakup pengembangan dan implementasi strategi pembelian, pemilihan pemasok, negosiasi harga, pengelolaan proses pengadaan end-to-end dari permintaan hingga pengiriman, serta analisis tren pasar. Posisi ini juga memantau anggaran pembelian, memastikan barang sesuai spesifikasi, dan memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives; Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers, including conducting price comparisons and negotiations; Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from user requisition and Purchase Order (PO) issuance through to goods delivery; Analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and raw material availability to optimize purchasing efficiency; Monitor the purchasing budget and prepare financial and operational reports related to purchasing activities; Ensure purchased goods meet user requirements in terms of specifications and quantities; Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering; Minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager in a manufacturing company is mandatory; Experience in purchasing within the marine equipment product (Rubber Dock Fender, Steel Buoys, PE Buoys) is highly preferred; Strong and established network of reliable and trusted suppliers; Strong understanding of import and export processes and regulations; Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills; Possess a valid SIM A (Driver’s License) and willing to travel for business trips when required; Willing to be based in Central Jakarta.
