Perusahaan membuka lowongan untuk posisi Indirect Procurement Master Data (Analyst) guna mendukung seluruh pengelolaan data master pengadaan tidak langsung. Peran ini bertujuan untuk memastikan keakuratan catatan data yang dikelola sejalan dengan kebijakan serta prosedur yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Kandidat ideal adalah lulusan baru atau individu berpengalaman yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan eksakta, mahir dalam administrasi dan pelaporan, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun memprioritaskan tugas demi tercapainya target perusahaan. Penguasaan sistem SAP (khususnya modul FICO atau MM) serta sistem Odoo akan menjadi nilai tambah yang sangat diutamakan dalam menyeleksi kandidat yang detail dan berorientasi pada hasil.
Tanggung jawab: Support all Indirect Procurement master data management to ensure record accuracy conducted in line with company policy and procedures.
Kualifikasi: Usia 18 - 40 tahun; Bachelor degree in IT/Information Science/Economics/Technical/Math/Statistics or other exacta field is more preferable; Open for fresh graduate; Have 1-3 years experience in procurement or supply chain will be preferred; Excellent problem solving, attention to detail and result oriented; Have knowledge with SAP process (FICO/MM Modules preferably) & Odoo system; Capable to work base on priority basis to comply the company target achievement; Strong in administration and reporting; Capable to work independently or in a team.
