Posisi Procurement & IP Vendor Specialist menuntut profesional yang proaktif dan teliti dalam mengelola aktivitas pembelian, hubungan vendor, serta proses pengadaan untuk berbagai proyek Kekayaan Intelektual (IP), solusi TI, operasional acara, dan kebutuhan bisnis terkait. Anda akan memegang kendali penuh atas siklus pengadaan menyeluruh mulai dari pencarian vendor lokal maupun internasional, perbandingan penawaran, pembuatan dokumentasi pembelian, hingga koordinasi dengan berbagai departemen internal. Peran ini juga berfokus pada efisiensi biaya, pengelolaan proses impor, serta pemeliharaan database vendor yang akurat dalam lingkungan bisnis berorientasi budaya Jepang yang dinamis.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & IP Vendor Specialist to manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for IP projects, IT solutions, event operations, and IP-related business requiremen; Manage the end-to-end procurement process for event operations, and IP business requirements; Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international vendors, suppliers, and service providers; Request and compare quotations to obtain the best value in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery; Prepare procurement documentation including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), vendor comparison reports, and purchasing records; Coordinate with internal departments including Project Management, Business Development, Finance, and Operations to understand procurement requirements; Monitor purchase orders and ensure materials, equipment, and services are delivered according to IP project schedules; Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors while evaluating supplier performance, quality, and reliability; Monitor procurement budgets and prepare purchasing reports for management; Support event preparation by ensuring all purchased items are delivered completely and on schedule; Handle import purchasing processes and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, or logistics partners when required; Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and procurement efficiency; Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any major; Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management; Experience in procurement for Event Management, IP and IT Equipment, or Project-Based Companies is highly preferred; Experience handling import purchasing and international suppliers is an advantage; Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills; Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities; Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines; Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/Purchasing systems; Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Passionate about Intellectual Property (IP), innovation, and technology-driven business solutions; Interest in Japanese business culture and willingness to work in a Japanese-oriented business environment; Mandarin language proficiency is a strong advantage.
