Konstruksi is a company focused on construction projects, seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing professional to join their team in Bali. This full-time role is instrumental in managing procurement operations and ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials and services essential to construction projects. As a Purchasing Konstruksi, you will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain, maintaining vendor relationships, and controlling costs while ensuring quality standards are met. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on project timelines and overall business profitability by managing the end-to-end procurement process.
Tanggung jawab: Sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors to identify the best value for materials and services; Preparing and issuing purchase orders, ensuring accurate specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules; Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure competitive rates; Managing inventory levels and monitoring stock to prevent shortages or excess; Liaising with project managers and site teams to understand material requirements; Tracking shipments and managing logistics for timely delivery; Resolving supplier issues, including quality complaints and delivery delays; Maintaining detailed records of purchases, vendor performance, and procurement costs; Analysing spending patterns and identifying opportunities for cost reduction; Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
