Perusahaan ini bergerak di industri pertambangan dan membutuhkan manajer pengadaan yang strategis untuk mengelola aktivitas komersial serta memastikan keunggulan operasional di seluruh organisasi. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menjaga ketersediaan pasokan dan efisiensi biaya. Anda akan memimpin siklus pengadaan end-to-end, mulai dari sourcing strategis, negosiasi komersial, hingga manajemen kontrak untuk alat berat, suku cadang, bahan bakar, dan jasa pertambangan. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan logistik kelautan (tongkang, tugboat) dan memastikan seluruh proses pengadaan mematuhi tata kelola perusahaan serta regulasi yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies, category management plans, and sourcing initiatives aligned with business objectives, operational requirements, and long-term company goals; Procurement & Sourcing Management: Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract awards, and contract management for mining operations; Mining Procurement Management: Oversee procurement of heavy equipment, spare parts, fuel, consumables, mining services, contractors, and other critical operational requirements to ensure supply availability and operational continuity; Marine Logistics & Commercial Management: Lead procurement strategies and commercial negotiations for marine logistics services, including barges (tongkang), tugboats, shipping operations, and transportation services; Cost Optimization & Procurement Analytics: Drive cost efficiency through spend analysis, market benchmarking, price evaluation, budget monitoring, cost-saving initiatives, and procurement performance analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations to m; Supplier & Contract Management: Establish strategic supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, evaluate supplier risks, and ensure effective contract administration to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and service reliability; Procurement Governance & Compliance: Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, internal controls, governance standards, and applicable regulations. Identify procurement risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives; Strategic Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide regular procurement performance reports, market insights, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations to Management. Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant disciplines; Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Commercial functions, with at least 5 years in a managerial position within the mining industry; Must have proven experience in mining companies , with a strong understanding of mining operations, procurement requirements, and supply chain challenges; Strong experience in strategic procurement and sourcing for heavy equipment, spare parts, fuel, consumables, mining services, contractors, and operational materials; Solid understanding and experience in marine logistics procurement, including barge (tongkang), tugboat, shipping, and transportation services; Proven track record in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, contract management, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization; Strong analytical capabilities, including procurement spend analysis, cost breakdown analysis, market benchmarking, budgeting, and procurement performance monitoring; Strong understanding of procurement governance, internal controls, risk management, and compliance within the mining industry; Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
