Evaluasi kondisi mental karyawan untuk mengidentifikasi area perhatian, melakukan sesi konseling individu, serta merancang sesi kelompok guna memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Peran ini juga mencakup pengembangan, koordinasi, serta pengelolaan program kesejahteraan (wellness) dan keterlibatan karyawan secara profesional di lingkungan kerja.
Tanggung jawab: Evaluate the mental condition of employees to identify areas of concern; Conduct individual counselling sessions and design group sessions to understand and address the needs of employees; Develop, coordinate and manage wellness and engagement programs.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor Degree in Psychology; Clinical Psychologist with active SIPP and STR; Experienced in conducting private or mass counselling; Preferably candidate with counselling certification; Willing to be placed in Batam.
