Overview Lhoopa is a fast-scaling proptech company transforming affordable housing across Southeast Asia through technology-driven operations. Our model leverages a decentralized ecosystem of brokers, contractors, and local partners to acquire, renovate, and sell affordable homes efficiently and at scale. We are looking for a highly driven Property Telesales Associate who will support both buyer acquisition and developer lead generation. You will be responsible for engaging prospective buyers, qualifying opportunities, managing follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and supporting outbound lead generation campaigns for property developers. This role is not only about making calls. You will be expected to understand each prospect's situation, identify what is preventing them from moving forward, maintain consistent follow-ups, and determine the right next action to progress qualified opportunities through the sales funnel. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams in both Indonesia and our headquarters in the Philippines, so clear communication, ownership, and strong English skills are essential. Responsibilities Contact prospective buyers and developer leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels Execute outbound lead generation campaigns to identify and engage potential property developers Qualify buyers based on purchasing intent, budget, preferred location, financing eligibility, and timeline Qualify developer leads based on project stage, financing needs, and partnership potential Respond to new leads promptly and consistently within the required SLA Understand each prospect's situation and identify the key reasons they may or may not move forward Maintain consistent follow-ups until there is a clear outcome or next
