Posisi Project & Operations Supervisor bertanggung jawab merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan mengawasi proyek bisnis online dari tahap inisiasi hingga implementasi. Peran ini mencakup pengelolaan operasional e-commerce harian, termasuk pemrosesan pesanan, sinkronisasi inventaris, dan pemenuhan pesanan (fulfillment). Supervisor akan berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen seperti Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, dan pihak eksternal untuk memastikan keberhasilan eksekusi proyek. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas memantau kinerja operasional, mengidentifikasi hambatan, serta mengimplementasikan inisiatif perbaikan proses. Supervisor juga berperan dalam mendukung penerapan sistem baru, otomatisasi, dan alat digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SLA dan kebijakan perusahaan melalui pelaporan kinerja yang rutin.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, coordinate, and supervise online business projects from initiation to implementation; Oversee daily e-commerce operations; Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners; Monitor operational performance and implement process improvement; Ensure marketplace, website, and mobile application operations meet SLAs; Support the implementation of new systems and automation; Track project progress and manage timelines; Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field; Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital business, project management, or retail operations; At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred; Strong understanding of online business operations, order management, and marketplace ecosystems.
