Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengelola seluruh sumber daya proyek konstruksi Data Center sesuai dengan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan. Anda akan memastikan eksekusi proyek memenuhi persyaratan jadwal, kualitas, biaya, dan kepuasan klien. Peran ini menuntut pengetahuan mendalam tentang sistem MEP (Mechanical/Electrical), perencanaan proyek, pengendalian biaya, manajemen kualitas, dan praktik HSE. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan klien, konsultan, subkontraktor, dan pemangku kepentingan internal untuk mencapai tujuan proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage all project resources in accordance with company policies and procedures; Ensure project execution meets established requirements for schedule, quality, cost, and client satisfaction; Coordinate and oversee all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle; Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues; Enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures; Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in Data Center construction projects. Proven experience in Data Center projects is mandatory; Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project planning, cost control, quality management, and HSE practices; Willing to be relocated to project sites across Indonesia.
