Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Production Supervisor bertanggung jawab secara menyeluruh dalam mengelola lini produksi OCTG dan Hot Process, mulai dari penetapan target, penjadwalan, hingga memimpin tim secara efektif. Peran ini memastikan bahwa seluruh proses manufaktur berjalan lancar, efisien, dan mematuhi standar mutu serta keselamatan kerja yang ketat. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, supervisor bertugas menetapkan target harian, mingguan, serta bulanan untuk lini produksi terkait, menyusun jadwal produksi mingguan, serta memastikan kelancaran operasional melalui pengelolaan sumber daya yang mencakup tenaga kerja, bahan baku, mesin, dan perlengkapan pendukung. Tugas lainnya mencakup merekomendasikan efisiensi proses, mengatur pemeliharaan dan perbaikan peralatan, menyampaikan laporan kemajuan kinerja, memecahkan masalah operasional, memberikan pelatihan keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan baru, serta memastikan implementasi pedoman 5S/5R dan sistem manajemen mutu perusahaan dijalankan secara konsisten.
Tanggung jawab: Set daily/weekly/monthly target for line OCTG, Hot Process Line and communicate to worker; Create Production schedule weekly for Line OCTG, Hot Process Line; Ensure Production line runs smoothly based on planning; Manage necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, machine,consumables, etc) to meet production targets; Recommends efficiencies in production line including adjust production schedule whenever possible or necessary; Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment; Submit reports on performance and progress; Monitor production, resolve issues and suggest improvements; Train new employee on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures; Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards; Report to Production Manager regarding to Productivity, Quality, Safety and other related issue; Ensure implementation that 5S/5R guidelines are followed at all times; Evaluate personnel performance in line OCTG according to KPI in Production Department; Maintain QMS, EMS and OH&SMS implementation; Job Requirements:; Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Thorough understanding of product materials and manufacturing techniques, especially API 5L product; Ability in using SAP; Experience in reporting on key production metrics; Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to lead a large team; Multitasking and time-management skills; Interpersonal skills; Attention to detail; Good problem-solving abilities; Have training or certification in API 5L, API 5CT, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, or possess a good understanding of these standards.
