About the role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join PT Surya Andra Medicalindo in Jakarta Raya on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for bridge the gap between business strategy, design, and engineering, developing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth within the healthcare sector. The Product Manager plays a crucial role in positioning our medical services and products in the marketplace, working across multiple channels to reach and engage our target audiences. This position reports to senior management and has significant influence on the company's market performance and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities Identify market opportunities and develop competitive product strategies. Analyze market data, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and marketing. Test and launch products to market. Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage product roadmap and ensure execution aligns with business goals and timelines. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in any major (Management, Bio Medical, or related field preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist in medical device.

Strong analytical skills in market and data analysis. Solid understanding of product strategy and marketing principles. Experience in product development and project management.
