SCOPE OF WORK: Manage product categories for health supplements and natural healthy food products. Source and develop suppliers/vendors for retail product assortment.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth. Monitor SKU performance, pricing, and product assortment effectiveness.
Ensure stock availability and coordinate replenishment with related teams. Analyze sales, inventory, and category performance to improve profitability. Negotiate pricing, promotion support, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Prepare department planning, budgeting, and performance strategies aligned with company objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, Retail Commercial Managerial role .
- Experience in supplier sourcing and vendor negotiation.
- Familiar with health supplement, wellness, or healthy food industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and sales analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially driven.
