As an Operational Manager, you will be fully responsible for the smooth execution of the company's daily operations. This role focuses not only on internal efficiency (logistics, inventory, and administration) but also on maintaining harmonious relationships and providing top-tier operational support for our Top Leaders and network members. You will ensure seamless product fulfillment and optimize business support systems to achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities Daily Operational Management: Lead, evaluate, and optimize the daily operations, warehouse, and distribution centers/stockists.
Logistics & Supply Chain System: Ensure accurate inventory management (product stock), efficient packaging, and timely delivery of goods to members across various regions. Member Services & Support: Oversee the Customer Service and Administration teams to ensure inquiries, new member registrations, and bonus/commission claims are processed swiftly and in compliance with company regulations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational activities and marketing systems adhere to applicable legal regulations (such as direct selling licenses/SIUPL, BPOM/FDA, etc.).
Event & Training Support: Collaborate with the Marketing/Sales teams to facilitate operational needs for seminars, recognition nights, and network training events. Data Analysis & Reporting : Prepare periodic operational reports regarding sales trends, stock turnover, and cost efficiency for the Board of Directors. Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Min. 5 years in an Operational Managerial role, preferably in MLM, Direct Selling, or large-scale E-commerce. Skills & Knowledge: Deep understanding of MLM/Direct Selling dynamics and member-driven service. Proficient in ERP systems, inventory software, and Excel/Google Sheets.
