Responsibilities : Develop innovative coffee products and coordinate new product development (NPD). Perform market analysis and support strategic projects as assigned by management. Conduct business feasibility studies and evaluate new business opportunities. Identify and execute strategic partnerships to expand sales channels. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business partners. Monitor sales performance and recommend business improvement strategies. Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Brand Management within the FMCG food & beverage industry or large-scale commercial café chains. Solid knowledge of downstream coffee products , including Ready-to-Drink (RTD) coffee, coffee sachet, and coffee bags (drip/Filter coffee). Passionate about the coffee industry and highly target-driven. Placement : Legok - Tangerang , Banten
