Process Engineer

PT Bayu Surya Bakti Konstruksi is an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company specializing in clean water and wastewater treatment. We are currently opening a vacancy for the position of: Process Engineer Criteria:

1.⁠ ⁠Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering 2.⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in WTP/WWTP are preferred 3.⁠ ⁠Understanding of WTP/WWTP unit processes (coagulation–flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, softening, adsorption, membrane processes, etc.)

4.⁠ ⁠Understanding of raw water characteristics and water quality parameters (TSS, COD, BOD, Ammonia, Turbidity, color, heavy metals, pH, ORP, etc.) 5.⁠ ⁠Able to prepare PFD, P&ID, mass balance, control philosophy, and operation & maintenance manuals 6.⁠ ⁠Able to perform process calculations (tank, clarifier, filter, membrane, chemical dosing), pump sizing, headloss analysis, pipe sizing, and line pressure

7.⁠ ⁠Able to review drawings from drafters (layout, GA, isometric) 8.⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) 9.⁠ ⁠Able to work in a team and under pressure
