Posisi ini berada di industri manufaktur elektronik yang berfokus pada perbaikan dan pemeliharaan papan sirkuit cetak (PCBA). Engineer yang dicari akan bertanggung jawab dalam menangani masalah teknis pada proses SMT/DIP serta memastikan kualitas produksi tetap terjaga. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup troubleshooting, perbaikan komponen, analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis), serta penerapan tindakan korektif. Anda juga akan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar industri seperti IPC-A-610 dan praktik ESD/5S untuk menjaga efisiensi dan keamanan operasional manufaktur.
Tanggung jawab: Perform PCBA/SMT repair and troubleshooting; Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions; Maintain compliance with IPC standards and ESD/5S practices; Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of PCBA/SMT repair experience in electronics manufacturing; Strong hands-on experience in SMT/DIP troubleshooting and repair; Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and common SMT/DIP defects; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 and preferably IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-7711/7721 standards; Good knowledge of ESD protection requirements and 5S practices; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis; Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills; Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
