Posisi IT Production ini bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kelancaran infrastruktur IT di area lantai produksi (shop floor). Peran ini mencakup instalasi, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan perangkat keras IT seperti PC produksi, pemindai barcode, printer label, monitor, dan sensor IT. Selain pemeliharaan perangkat keras, IT Production bertugas memastikan konektivitas jaringan (LAN/Wi-Fi) tetap stabil guna meminimalkan downtime produksi. Peran ini juga memberikan dukungan teknis (helpdesk) kepada operator dan staf produksi, serta membantu pemantauan sistem operasional pabrik seperti MES atau ERP. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang kuat dan mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan manufaktur yang cepat.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware on the shop floor (production PCs, barcode scanners, label printers, monitors, and IT sensors); Ensure stable network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) across production lines and promptly resolve hardware issues to minimize production downtime; Assist in monitoring and supporting factory operational systems (such as MES, ERP, or daily production tracking software); Provide daily technical helpdesk support to operators, line leaders, and production staff regarding computer or system issues; Maintain inventory records of factory IT assets, conduct scheduled preventive maintenance, and report system issues to management.
Kualifikasi: Diploma (D3) atau Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 1–2 years of experience as IT Support or Factory IT Technician (Experience in electronics manufacturing or factory environments is highly preferred); Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, PC assembly, and OS/software installation; Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers); Familiarity with factory IT equipment (barcode scanners, thermal/label printers); Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic fluency in English or Mandarin (either one) is a strong advantage; Able to work responsiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong problem-solving skills, and good teamwork.
