Gravity Eco Boutique Hotel is a premium padel facility dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for players. As the Padel Club Manager, you will serve as the face of the club, overseeing daily operations, fostering community growth, and ensuring the financial success of the facility. You will be responsible for managing court maintenance, booking systems, and front desk flow while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Beyond daily operations, you will drive profitability through court rentals, coaching programs, tournaments, pro-shop retail, and F&B services. You will also lead the front-of-house staff and court attendants, coordinate with coaching teams, and actively build player communities by organizing social matches and tournaments to promote off-peak utilization.
Tanggung jawab: Manage court maintenance, booking systems, front desk flow, cleanliness, and facility safety; Drive profitability through court rentals, coaching programs, tournaments, pro-shop retail, and F&B services; Supervise front-of-house staff and court attendants; Coordinate with coaching teams; Build player communities, organize social matches or tournaments, and promote off-peak utilization.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in sports clubs, fitness centers, premium hospitality, or guest relations; Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken); Strong leadership skills; Excellent customer service skills; Familiarity with sports booking software or POS systems; Passion for padel or sports is highly preferred.
