Maju Operations and Development adalah organisasi yang berfokus pada keunggulan operasional dan pengembangan bisnis dengan pendekatan inovatif. Peran OTA/E-Commerce Manager ini bersifat kontraktual dan berlokasi di Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Posisi ini sangat krusial dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalkan kehadiran online perusahaan di seluruh platform e-commerce dan Online Travel Agency (OTA) untuk mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan digital dan memperkuat posisi pasar.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and optimise listings across all OTA and e-commerce platforms; Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns; Monitor performance metrics, analytics and KPIs; Coordinate with OTA partners to ensure compliance; Create and manage product content, descriptions and imagery; Analyse competitive positioning and market trends; Handle customer inquiries and reviews; Collaborate with internal teams for inventory management; Identify and implement new OTA partnerships and e-commerce opportunities; Prepare regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience in managing OTA platforms (such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia or similar) or e-commerce environments.
