Support daily operations, translate SOPs, and coordinate cross-functional tasks. Mandarin proficiency is required.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution; Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into required languages and support superiors in managing the SOP implementation process; Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans to ensure proper execution; Oversee the daily implementation of verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors; Ensure accurate data entry and support the execution of various operational projects on a daily basis; Requirements:; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Chinese Studies, Translation, or any related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written; Basic understanding of the Finance or Banking industry is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
