Posisi Operational Manager (F&B) memegang peranan vital dalam mengawasi seluruh operasional outlet dari hulu ke hilir, mulai dari eksekusi harian, kepatuhan terhadap SOP, hingga peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Anda akan bertanggung jawab mendorong efisiensi operasional, melakukan kontrol biaya (cost control), mengoptimalkan margin laba, serta memimpin dan melatih tim multi-unit untuk memastikan keunggulan dalam eksekusi di toko serta kepuasan pelanggan yang maksimal. Selain itu, peran ini menuntut kolaborasi erat dengan lintas fungsi seperti pemasaran, rantai pasok (supply chain), dan keuangan, serta memantau KPI secara berkala untuk menerapkan perbaikan berbasis data.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee end-to-end outlet operations, including daily execution, SOP compliance, and service quality; Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and margin improvement; Lead, train, and manage multi-unit teams; Ensure Exellence in store execution and customer experience; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance); Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements; Requirements:; Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B operations; Proven track record in managing multi-outlet operations; Strong leadership and team management skills; Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven; Experience in fast-paced, high-standard F&B environments (QSR / healthy concepts / premium casual dining); Strong understanding of SOPs, P&L, and operational metrics; What We’re Looking For:; A builder mindset, not just maintaining, but improving and scalling operations; High ownership and accountability; Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results; Passion for operational excellence and customer experience.
