The Operational Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of hospitality operations in Central Lombok. This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high operational standards, and driving continuous improvement across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee and manage all operational departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance; Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators and implement corrective actions; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; Manage budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation strategies; Lead, train, motivate and supervise operational staff; Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction; Liaise with senior management and stakeholders; Coordinate maintenance schedules, capital improvements and facility upkeep; Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts; Implement operational policies, procedures and systems.
