Posisi Operation Staff (Shipping) bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan seluruh operasional kapal di bagian terkait berjalan secara lancar, efisien, dan sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan maupun regulasi yang berlaku. Peran ini melibatkan pemantauan pergerakan kapal, jadwal, serta kemajuan pelayaran, sekaligus berkoordinasi secara intensif dengan berbagai pihak eksternal maupun internal untuk mendukung kelancaran proses pemuatan dan pembongkaran serta meminimalkan potensi keterlambatan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor vessel movements, schedules, and voyage progress to ensure smooth and efficient vessel operations; Coordinate with vessels, ship managers, charterers, agents, and internal departments to ensure effective loading and discharging operations and minimize vessel delays; Monitor vessel performance, including speed, bunker consumption, cargo operations, and tank cleaning, to ensure compliance with Charter Party requirements and operational efficiency; Review fixture notes, Charter Parties, cargo and vessel documentation, port restrictions, and berthing prospects to ensure operational readiness and vessel suitability; Coordinate port agency arrangements, vessel clearances, cargo documentation, Bills of Lading, Letters of Indemnity (LOI), and other voyage-related requirements; Monitor and follow up on demurrage claims, charterers' claims, and settlements to support timely resolution and collection targets; Prepare voyage instructions, checklists, operational reports, freight documentation, and vessel performance reports, ensuring accurate records and timely submission; Ensure compliance with operational procedures, applicable regulations, and the company's QHSE management system.
